Basic description of the articles and services offered for sale:
Articles of cutlery, all sort of knives (folding and not folding), chased metal,canteens, table settings, materials and individual parts for cutlery, other articles appending to cutlery.
Please note
The articles presented on our Website have been selected with care to give you a precise picture of what we are able to provide. Because we use natural source materials, it is not possible to guarantee for example, the exact color of the wood or horn. Your piece of cutlery will be as close to the same shade as shown in the photograph. Also, our pocket knives are handcrafted. Therefore, it is not possible to replicate the ornamentation exactly as depicted in the photograph.
Minimum Order
To cover handling and shipping charges the minimum order charge is 100 euros.
General Delivery Times
Cutlery and Canteens of cutlery: 1 to 2 weeks
Pocket knives: 4 to 8 days, except in the case of personalized and other special orders.
Methods of transportation and insurance
Goods are shipped at the customer's risk (French law).
Return policy -Cancellation
An order can be cancelled after acknowledgement and goods can be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. We will reimburse you within 30 days except shipping fee as long as the product is sent back in perfect “as new” condition with its original packaging. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONALIZED AND SPECIAL KNIVES including those build with special steels such as carbon steel, RWL34 , Damascus blades made especially for the customer.(French law : Article L221-2 Consumers Act).
We recommend you to contact us before returning any parcel. We do not accept C.O.D. parcels or parcels where any charge including customs charge is asked. It is your responsibility to return all packages at your expenses.
Guarantees
Cutlery and table canteens: 2 years
Hand-made pocket knives: The quality of our manufacturing enables us to give you a lifetime manufacturer's guarantee against all faults or defects in our pocketknives. This guarantee, however, does not include damage incurred during improper usage. A knife should only be used for cutting; therefore, using it as a corkscrew, chisel, or screwdriver, for example, is considered abnormal and improper usage. The guarantee is in place as soon as the article leaves the workshop: subsequent carriage costs and risks are therefore the responsibility of the customer. All our products on sale are covered by the legal conformity guarantee.
